Iron ore fines (Fe 61%) spot prices declined by $0.4/dmt d-o-d to $111.65/dmt CFR China on 7 May’26. Prices witnessed a mild correction following the previous session’s gains, although trading remained healthy, with liquidity continuing to concentrate largely around medium-grade fines. The portside iron ore market stayed firm amid steady bidding interest from steel mills.
