Rio Tinto has appointed Katie Jackson to lead its copper business. She is succeeding Bold Baatar, who will become Chief Commercial Officer. Jackson, currently President of National Grid Ventures, will join on 1 September 2024. She brings extensive international experience in the energy sector, having held senior roles at Shell, Anadarko, Equinor, and BG Group.
