India: Hindalco, Balco raise aluminium ingot prices by INR 2,500/t ($30/t)

India’s primary producers raised aluminium ingot (P1020, 99.7%) prices by INR 2,500/t ($30/t) compared to 22 Oct. Post-revision, Hindalco’s prices were at INR 258,000/t ($3,068/t) and Balco’s at INR 260,000/t ($3,092./t). All prices are ex-works and exclude GST. At the time of reporting, aluminium futures on the LME stood at $2,667/t.
