Alcoa Corporation has announced that it will restart aluminium smelter at its San Ciprian complex in Spain in phases beginning Jan’24. All pots will be restarted by Oct’25 and between Oct’25-end 2026, the minimum production will be 75% of the nominal capacity of 228,000 t/year.
