GE major Graftech’s electrodes production volume drops by 24% in 2020

World’s largest GE producer (ex-China), Graftech’s production volume has fallen to 134 MT against 177 MT in 2019. The company suffered amid COVID-induced lower steel production and GE demand. Graftech’s financials saw some recovery in Q4 CY20 with production volume at 36 MT (+13% q-o-q), average LTA price at $9,600/t, non-LTA price at $4,900/t.
