In a confirmed deal, 20,000 t of South African RB2 coal (5500 kcal/kg NAR) has been sold at INR 6,200/t ex-Paradip (exclusive of cess and GST), up by INR 400/t w-o-w basis. While RB2 prices ex-Krishnapatnam and ex-Haldia port are assessed at INR 6,300/t and INR 6,700/t respectively.
