SteelMint’s price assessment of domestic 304 grade stainless steel scrap fell by INR 3,000/t to INR 125,000/t ($1,528/t) ex-Delhi today against prices on 27 Sept’22. However, prices may rebound in the near term, sources expect. The three-month futures on LME fell sharply by $3,144/t to close at $21,805/t compared to the levels on 21 Sep’22.
