India: Jharkhand mills conclude 5,400 t billets, sponge iron deals
Jharkhand-based mills concluded 2,000 t of billet deals in a price range of INR 47,600-47,900/t exw-Ramgarh. 2,400 t of P-DRI and 1,000 t of C-DRI (FeM 78%) deals were confirmed at INR 31,700-31,900/t and INR 34,300-34,400/t exw respectively. Buying inquiries and transactions were low compared to yesterday, putting pressure on sellers to lower their offers.
