The demand for sponge iron exports decreased as a result of a recent absence of significant orders from Bangladesh and Nepal. Due to lack of any significant export deals and fluctuating domestic prices in India, SteelMint’s weekly export price assessment for Nepal remained constant at $410/t LTW from eastern India, equivalent to $430/t CPT Nepal.
