China: Domestic scrap market may rebound post Lunar holidays
Scrap generation from China’s Jiangsu is gradually decreasing amid Covid-19 epidemic and with the Lunar New Year holidays nearing. Steel production is expected to resume after holidays as the peak season (Mar-Apr) will see a demand boost and so, the scrap market is expected to rebound, as per reports.
