Raipur-based steel wire rod producers have further increased prices by INR 500/t d-o-d to INR 55,000/t exw today on active buying enquiries. Around 4,800 t deals were recorded in the spot market at the price range of INR 54,000-54,600/t exw. Rising raw material prices and active trading have pushed up wire rod prices.
