India: Secondary rebar prices increase by up to INR 500/t ($7)
Indian secondary rebar prices remained supported by active demand majorly from project segment and strengthening raw material prices. On a d-o-d basis, rebar prices moved up by INR 200-500/t in most of the major markets. Prices may remain strong in the near term with minor fluctuations, sources told to SteelMint.
