India: Spot trade improves in Raipur wire rod market
Induction furnace-route wire rod market saw improved trade in today’s session. Around 4,150 t deals were concluded by Raipur- and Raigarh-based suppliers in the price range of INR 51,000-51,400/t exw and FOR basis. Slight increase in semi-finished steel prices in key markets in the second half of the day boosted wire rod demand, SteelMint learned.
