Australian coking coal prices inch up on supply tightness
Australian premium low-volatile (PLV) hard coking coal (HCC) prices increased by $1/t to $231/t FoB on 24 Aug’21 due to limited spot availability in the ex-China market. Exportable cargoes of seaborne coking coal are still limited in the absence of active offers for premium coking coal, according to market sources.
