China: Iron ore and steel futures increase
DCE iron ore futures’ most traded contract Jan’21 increased by RMB 15 d-o-d to RMB 794.5/t as declining inventories pushed up raw material demand. SGX iron ore futures closed higher today at $112.8/t. SHFE rebar futures jumped RMB 34/t and HRC futures climbed RMB 22/t.
