SteelMint’s domestic steel scrap (end-cutting) index moved up to INR 38,500/tonne (t) DAP Mandi Gobindgarh. A marginal improvement has been seen in semi-finished steel transactions, resulting in strengthening of scrap bids today, May 31’21.
