Japan: Stainless steel cold-rolled sheet prices increase by $156/t

Nickel-based stainless steel cold-rolled sheet prices have increased due to the sharp rise in sales prices of domestic and overseas manufacturers, Japan Metal Daily reports. The market price for stainless steel 304 grade stands at JPY 520,000/t ($4,052/t), up JPY 20,000/t ($156/t) m-o-m in May’22.
