SteelMint’s assessment of imported aluminium scrap prices rebounded w-o-w. Limited offers from overseas sellers, resumption of semi-finished export bookings and recovering LME futures trigerred buying interest. However, price realisation in the semis export market remained low due to dull buying in the domestic market.
