China: Copper ore imports down by 6% in Jun’22

China’s copper ore imports stood at 2.06 mnt in Jun’22, a decrease of around 6% against 2.19 mnt in May’22, as per customs data maintained by SteelMint. On yearly basis, import volumes jumped by 23.36% against 1.67 mnt in Jun’21. Cumulative imports in Jan-Jun’22 were up by 8.63% y-o-y against H1CY21.
