Major Iranian Steel Manufacturers Exported around 3.5 MnT Steel in H1’17
With the recent trade statistics released by Statistics department of Iran, Iran has exported around 3.5 MnT of steel in H1’17, reported an increase of 32% Y-o-Y.
Export of steel in Sep’17 was around 0.60 MnT registered a growth of 86% M-o-M.
Esfahan Steel was the largest exporter of steel in Sep’17. The company exported 0.65 MnT in H1’17, registered a growth of 93% Y-o-Y. Standalone in Sep’17, the company exported around 0.07 MnT reported a downfall of 19% M-o-M.
Mobarekah Steel was the second largest exporter of steel in Sep’17. Around 0.43 MnT of steel was exported by Mobarekah during H1’17, exports were down by 60% Y-o-Y. In Sep’17, the company exported 0.06 MnT reported a downfall of 30% M-o-M.
Khuzestan Steel was the largest exporter of steel in Sep’17, the company exported 0.23 MnT in Sep’17 registered a growth of 65% M-o-M. In h1’17, the company exported around 1.40 MnT registered a growth of 71% Y-o-Y.
Other Major steel exporters during the period were Hormozgan Steel, which exported around 0.60 MnT in H1’17 and Steel Kaveh Steel which exported around 0.37 MnT in H1’17.
