According to the Indian customs, the country has witnessed an increase of 23% M-o-M in its Ferro Alloy exports.
In Jul’17, India exported a total of 0.16 MnT Ferro Alloys, against 0.13 MnT in Jun’17. Moreover, on yearly basis, there has been a substantial increase of 23% Y-o-Y in its export volume as well, which stood at 0.13 MnT in Jul’16.
Silico Manganese occupied a major volume of India Ferro Alloy exports at 0.07 MnT in Jul’17, registering an increase of 17% M-o-M. Ferro Chrome export in Jul’17 was also 0.07 MnT recording a substantial increase of 40% M-o-M. Ferro Manganese export in Jul’17 also increased by 0.01 MnT to 0.03 MnT.
China, South Korea, and Japan imported a similar volume of Indian Ferro Alloys in Jul’17. However, in Jul’17 China’s imports stood at 0.02 MnT against null in the previous month. Japan and South Korea, on the other hand, registered an increase of around 100% M-o-M.
