Central India based SAIL’s unit – Bhilai Steel Plant (BSP) has scheduled to conduct auction for rejected Bloom & Billet for total quantity of 28,970 MT.
The Steel maker has floated this auction on 13 Sept 2017 and the due date of bid submission is 16 Sept’17. The date of auction is 18 Sept’17.
Final bids shall remain valid for a period of 60 days from the date of auction. Duration of delivery order is 60 calendar days from the date of sale offer.
In addition, melting scrap also being allotted to auction on same date at 6,500 MT.
SAIL is India’s largest steel producer with an annual steel capacity of 17 MnT which has increased to 21 MnT in FY18.
