Bharat Coking Coal Ltd (BCCL) is a subsidiary of Coal India Ltd with its headquarters in Dhanbad. The company is going to conduct Phase-II of the special forward Coal E-Auctions for power producers on 29 Jul’17. The company has offered 1851000 MT coal in these auctions.
The auction would provide coal for three months period (Aug’17 to Oct’17) to all the power producers (except Captive Power producers) for their own consumption, by Road mode conducted through MSTC Ltd. Schedule dates of said auction is as under:

The Special Forward E-auction for power producers Phase-II will be conducted as per the term and conditions followed for Phase-I of the auctions and as per the scheme of Special forward e-auction of power producers.
Modalities of Special Forward E-Auction are as follows:
1. Bidders will have to bid source wise and grade wise in aggregate and validity of each sale order will be 45 days.
2. Bidders shall have to give declaration regarding distribution of quantity in three months period i.e, from Aug’17-Oct’17 within 7 days of auction. In case of non-submission of the same, bid quantity will be distributed in equated monthly instalments for three month period.
