The Taiwan Power Company (Taipower) is a state-owned electric power utility providing electric power to Taiwan and off-shore islands of Republic of China, has invited a limited tender for purchase of 800,000 MT general sub bituminous coal for Taipower thermal power plant.
General conditions:
1. Delivery period is from Sep’17 to Dec’17.
2. The material shall be shipped by 10 Panamax size vessels, each carrying 80,000 MT+/-10%.
3. Bidder may offer one or more shipments.
4. The bid bond is USD 80,000 or TWD 2,596,000 per shipment.
