Chinese mills raise their offers for HRC and CRC by 20-30$ on improved demand from South East Asian countries like Vietnam and India.
Hot rolled coil quoted at $640-650 per tonne cfr this week, up from $620-625 per tonne compared to last week.
Chinese mills have increased export offers of annealed 1mm-base cold rolled coil to $710-720/MT fob i.e. $10/MT higher.
“Prices in China have gone up after the mills returned from the Chinese New Year. Meanwhile Bao steel also raised its March offers.
