Indian Large Producers Increase Long Steel Prices by INR 1,000-1,500/MT (USD 15-23)

Indian large steel producers have raised long steel prices by INR 1,000-1,500/MT (USD 15-23) for Apr’17 deliveries.

Current offers for 12-32 mm rebar are assessed at INR 39,000-40,000/MT ex-Mumbai, against INR 38,000-39,000/MT in the month of Mar’17.

Similarly, wire rod prices increased by INR 1,000/MT, current offers being at INR 40,000-41,000/MT ex-Mumbai.

Note: The prices are inclusive rebate and ED at 12.5%, VAT/CST will be applicable.
