CRC export offers from India have come down over declining prices in Chinese market over dull buying interest. CRC export offers from India which were hovering at levels of USD 630-640/MT, FoB India in mid of Jan’17 have come down.
Presently CRC export offers from India are heard in the USD 590-600/MT, FoB India. Thus offers have come down by about USD 40/MT in two month’s time.
According to trade sources report to SteelMint, Indian CRC export offers to Europe are at around USD 640/MT, CFR Europe.
Chinese CRC export offers decline by USD 10/MT W-o-W – CRC export offers in China have fallen by USD 10/MT W-o-W amid thin buying interest. Presently Chinese CRC offers are heard in the range of USD 555-560/MT, FoB China.
In anticipation of further price fall, many overseas buyers have resisted making further booking which has resulted in limited trade activities.
