“Ingot prices are firm and is expected to remain range-bound by Rs 200/MT in near term” said market players.
“Hyderabad Ingot prices have shown an uptrend by Rs 1,000/MT and is being offered at Rs 34,00-500/MT (Basic price). Prices had corrected earlier by Rs 2,000-500/MT that were very low. As demand picked up, prices also increased to same level,” a manufacturer in Hyderabad reported.
Rourkela Ingot is trading at Rs 33,500/MT (Basic price) with an increase of Rs 300/MT whereas Ingot in Chennai is being quoted at Rs 38,500/MT (Basic price), up by Rs 200/MT .
