Hindustan Copper Limited (HCL), a public sector enterprise of the Govt. of India, intends to purchase 40,000 MT crushed ROM coal / coal middling (non coking coal) suitable for Stoker Fired Boiler at Indian Copper Complex (ICC), Ghatsila (SE Railway), Jharkhand.
Eligible and interested parties can submit their technical offer on or before 10 Mar’17 by 15:00 hrs which will open on same day at 15:30 hrs. However, price will be obtain through reverse auction.
The offer submitted by bidders shall be valid for the period of 90 days from the date of opening.
Eligibility criteria
1. Bidder should be coal miner / coal producer / supplier and should have supplied minimum of 12,000 MT of coal / coal middling per year during preceding 3 years.
2. The average annual financial turn over during last 3 years should be at least Rs 5.22 crore.
3. Any startup firm who have successfully supplied coal to any PSU may participate in the tender.
Loading / Unloading
The loading of material into trucks has to be arranged by the seller at the loading point at their own cost while unloading of the material at consignee’s end will be done by HCL/ICC.
