India Cements has entered into an Energy Supply Agreement with Zenataris Renewable Energy Private Limited to source 11 MW of renewable energy for its cement plants under a group captive arrangement. The company has agreed to acquire a 3.62% stake in the Hyderabad-based renewable energy firm through an equity investment exceeding INR 20 crore. The transaction is expected to close within 120 days of signing the agreement.
