Indian wire rod producers based in Raipur and Durgapur has increased offers by INR 300-600/MT W-o-W owing to rise in billet offers.
Currently in Durgapur, 5.5 mm wire rod and HB 12G are available at INR 28,500/MT and 30,500/MT respectively. Plants in Raipur are offering the same grade material at INR 29,300/MT and 31,300/MT respectively. These prices are basic.
As per SteelMint sources, almost all wire rod and HB manufacturers in Raipur were offering discount of INR 500-1,000/MT during the same period.
Offers for 12 GI wire and 12G barbed wires are assessed at INR 36,200/MT and INR 38,200/MT in Raipur. Prices are basic.
