Bringing some relief to the lakhs of buyers who invested their money in Noida Extension and Greater Noida, the Allahbad High Court on Monday dismissed the review petition filed by farmers and Greater Noida Authority in the land acquisition case.
Farmers had challenged the Allahabad High Court decision of October 21, 2011. And now the court has kept that decision alive that the steps taken at the time of land acquisition were right.
Market experts expect re-bar demand should improve as lots of projects will re-start, which were kept on hold.
“We expect re-bar demand should improve significantly as many housing and commercial projects will restart in NCR regios and near by areas.” said a Re-bar manufacturer based in Gaziabad.
