SAIL-RSP sold the entire 3,500 t of steel-grade pig iron offered on 25 June 2026 at an average price of INR 37,100/t ex-works, up INR 300/t from the previous auction held on 15 June, where the entire offered quantity of 3,900 t was also booked at INR 36,800/t ex-works. The price increase and full booking highlight stronger buying interest, signaling improved market sentiment and healthy demand.
