Recently, SteelMint has learned from its market sources that POSCO Maharashtra has raised CRC export offers by USD 20/MT for January shipments.
Currently CRC export offers from India are being assessed in the range of USD 590-600/MT, FoB India.However last week CRC export offers was hovering in the range of USD 570-580/MT on FoB basis.
Notably, POSCO – Maharastra produces about 1 MnT CRC from India, out of which nearly 30% is exported to South East Asia and European markets.
As the export offers are surging in the global market so manufacturers are planning to have better realizations in CRC export market. Although,the offers for Jan shipments have been booked from Korean plant so export offers of CRC will increase on FoB basis.
Global offers:
Chinese manufacturers have once again raised their CRC (1.0mm SPCC) export offers by USD 35/MT as compared to last week and are hovering in the range of USD 605-615/MT.CRC export offers are boosting amid gains in the domestic market.
Currently no major deals are concluded yet. Although, the overseas buyers are preferring to purchase from CIS countries rather than China as the export offers are comparatively very high.
HDG (Hot dipped galvanized offers)
HDG export offers have also increased by USD 10/MT this week and are currently assessed in the range of USD 635-640/MT,FoB China
