Secondary Structure Offers Fall by INR 1,000/MT W-o-W

Domestic structure market this week witnessed a major downfall of INR 1,000/MT in prices.

Market participant highlighted that decline in secondary billet prices in south by INR 700/MT is the main factor of structure price corrections in Hyderabad by INR 1,000/MT.

Central India market Raipur that is considered as hub of secondary manufacturer and small rolling mills has remained almost stable with marginal price correction. Trade discount in Raipur heard at INR 400-600/MT on the list price.  

Current, 125×125 mm billet prices have moved down by INR 50-700/MT across the major market and hovering at the range of INR 21,500-26,100/MT.

Meantime, 100×100 mm angle prices movement in domestic market are- Raipur at INR 26,100/MT, Durgapur at INR 28,500/MT, Ahmedabad at INR 27,200/MT and Hyderabad at INR 28,000/MT.

However, heavy 200×75 mm channel prices are evaluated in Durgapur at INR 27,500/MT, Ahmedabad at INR 27,400/MT, Ghaziabad at INR 30,400/MT, Mumbai at INR 28,700/MT and Raipur at INR 26,100/MT W-o-W.

Heavy structure beam 200×100 mm is being offered in Durgapur at INR 27,500/MT, in Ghaziabad at INR 29,900/MT, in Ahmedabad at INR 27,200/MT, in Mumbai at INR 29,300/MT, In Raipur at INR 25,600/MT.
