1.Plants are running at
30%-40% capacity.
2.Power cut of 2-3 hrs on
daily basis.
3.Labors is scarcely
available.
4.Supply of water is not
sufficient.
5.Demand is low.
6.Production of Billet
has come down and there are too many rolling mills.
