- Ukraine’s Ferrexpo, a leading producer and exporter of pellets, recorded pellet output of 524,926 t in Q1CY’26, rising 27% q-o-q due to a partial restart of operations in late February, supported by improved electricity availability. The increase came despite running only one pellet line at reduced capacity.
- Additionally, total iron ore concentrate production decreased sharply by 90% to 67,825 t in Q1CY’26 against 661,004 t in Q4CY’25.
