A leading Indian steel producer has raised flat product prices for early-Apr’26 deliveries. Hot-rolled coil (HRC) and cold-rolled coil (CRC) prices rose by INR 3,500/t ($38/t), while prices of galvanised plain (GP) and pre-painted galvanised iron (PPGI) increased by INR 4,000/t ($43/t). The revisions stem from escalating logistics costs and corresponding price adjustments by competitors.
