Tata Steel Colors has notified customers of severe supply disruptions and price hikes due to the West Asia crisis. Propane gas shortages and rising costs of zinc, aluminum, and paint are impacting operations. Meanwhile, benchmark prices of galvanised plain (GP) coils (0.8mm, 120 GSM) rose by INR 3,100/t ($33/t) w-o-w to INR 76,800/t ($816/t) ex-Mumbai, reflecting tight availability.
