Indian iron ore exports, which have been dull from past many weeks on high duty and freight costs, can see some ease in freight charges from Indian railway, said industry sources.
“We expect railway freight to come down in coming month, once busy route surcharge is rolled back (which is generally imposed during Mar- June) in July, railways might consider some ease in freight.” said a large exporter in India.
