The Baltic Dry Index decreased by 0.7% (13 points) d-o-d to 1,882 points on 10 Feb’26 due to weaker activity and softer freights in the Capesize segment, while Panamax and Supramax vessels experienced modest gains on stable demand.
- Capesize: BCI dropped by 2.2% (62 points) to 2,771.
- Panamax: BPI rose by 1.3% (22 points) to 1,670.
- Supramax: BSI increased by 0.8% (9 points) to 1,123.
