- NMDC’s monthly iron ore output reached its highest-ever at 5.56 mnt in Jan’26, increasing by 2.96% from 5.4 mnt in Dec’25. Cumulative production in Apr’25-Jan’26 surged 18.34% to 42.45 mnt as against 35.87 mnt in the year-ago period.
- Iron ore sales rose 3.2% to 4.79 mnt in Jan against 4.64 mnt in Dec’25. Cumulative sales volumes in Apr’25-Jan’26 jumped 9.6% y-o-y to 39.73 mnt as against 36.22 mnt in the same period last year.
