CIS exports price to Black Sea is at US $440-495/t & Latin American export offers is down by US$5-10/t to US$ 425-445/t fob. 

EU import price slip by US$10-14/t to US$ 324-348/t cfr & US import offers fall by US$15-25/t to US$435-440/t fob.
