SAIL’s Bhilai Steel Plant (BSP) has issued a tender to procure 15,000 t of silico manganese (Mn 60% min, C 2.2% max, 10-50 mm). The last date for bid submission is 28 Jan’26, with highest-priced bid elimination applicable under the reverse auction qualification rules. The bid-offer validity is set at 90 days from the closing date.
