CIS Billet offers from Black Sea and Sea of Azov is standing at $565/t fob Black Sea from $540/t for around a week, last deal heard to be concluded at $565/t fob to SE Asia.
Buyers are ready to place any bookings only in the range of $550-555/t fob Black Sea. Most of the traders expect offers might stabilize in this range till September as buyers are not willing to pay for higher priced material and Turkey prices are hovering around the same range.
Some material is being offered at $555-565/t fob (to be delivered next month till the begining of September) from Sea of Azov on advance payment.
Billet offers in Russia might increase because domestic prices of long products saw some upward trend.
