Indian Structure Market under Pressure in South

South and west regions registered downturn movement as prices have moved down upto INR 1,000/MT W-o-W.

Major Price correction is seen in south of INR 1,000/MT amid heavy rain leading to subdued demand.

There is no price fluctuation in east market; all grade structure prices remained stable compared to the last week.

However, billet prices have moved down by INR 200-1,000/MT and currently hovering at the range of INR 21,500-25,200/MT on account of festival season leading to low demand.

Current 100X100 mm angle offers are assessed at INR 28,500/MT in Durgapur, INR 28,000/MT in Ahmedabad, INR 27,300/MT in Raipur and INR 28,000/MT in Hyderabad.

Medium 200X75 mm channel prices are evaluated at INR 27,500/MT in Durgapur, INR 29,900/MT in Ghaziabad, INR 28,200/MT in Ahmedabad, INR 28,300/MT in Mumbai and INR 26,800/MT in Raipur.

Heavy 200X100 mm beam offers are assessed at INR 27,500/MT in Durgapur, INR 29,400/MT in Ghaziabad, INR 28,000/MT in Ahmedabad, INR 28,800/MT in Mumbai and INR 26,300/MT in Raipur.
