Demand remains soft, and the market is expected to remain weak in Dec-Jan amid a seasonal slowdown, the absence of new projects, and Sukra Asta-related construction pauses. Meanwhile, wire rod (IF-EAF) offers rose $5/t w-o-w to $466/t CNF Raxaul.
