Base metals prices on the London Metal Exchange (LME) showed positive trends d-o-d, with copper increasing by 2.28% to $11,189/tonne (t). Additionally, inventories at LME-registered warehouses witnessed positive movements, with zinc recording the highest gain of 1.87%.
Meanwhile, Indian copper armature scrap prices rose by INR 6,000/t d-o-d to INR 901,000/t ex-Delhi, while Aluminium Tense was stable at INR 188,000/t ex-Delhi and INR 184,500/t ex-Chennai.
