SAIL’s Bhilai Steel Plant sold 2,004 t of crude coal tar in its auction on 19 Nov’25 at a weighted average price of INR 31,500/t ex-works, reflecting a decline of INR 500/t from the 8 Nov auction. The price correction aligns with softer market sentiment compared to the earlier auction, where 2,506 t were awarded at INR 32,000/t.
