Industrial Development Corporation of Odisha Limited (IDCOL) has issued a tender for sale of 35,000 MT (tentative quantity) Low Grade Chrome Ore Fines (LGCO) from Talangi Chromite Mines, Jajpur (Odisha) through road movement.
Specification: Below 30% Cr2O3
Bidders can inspect the material at Talangi Chromite Mines before submitting the bids. The company will accept the bids on the assumption that bidders have inspected the material and known what they bidding for.
The quoted price of the material should be as per WMT basis exclusive of royalty, contribution of District Mineral Foundation (DMF), cess, entry tax, VAT and other Govt. taxes and levies etc. Bidders are requested to quote for entire quantity.
Validity of offer: Bids will be valid for a period of 60 days from the last date of submission.
Eligibility criteria
Bidders are requested to submit the copy of following documents along with the bid document:
1. Memorandum and articles of association of the company and DIC registration certificate
2. Consent to operate from State Pollution Control Board
3. Sales tax registration certificate (VAT/CST/TIN)
4. IBM registration certificate
5. Must have option for using LGCO for value addition
6. Lease holders of mines are not eligible
